Customer Support Representative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Efficiently manage concerns received from customers via email, chat and other channels within service level standards
  • Perform call outs, if necessary, for quick resolutions to concerns
  • Participate in customer service projects to improve over-all customer experience and improve service levels
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • College graduate of any course
  • At least 2 years experience handling similar work in a fast moving and service driven environment
  • Tech savvy and very proficient in Microsoft Office

LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead Generation Specialist who is highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business   prospects from multiple sources including marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to   reach decision makers is essential!

The person in this role will be responsible for the following:
•    Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Managers
•    Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
•    Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
•    Source leads from online and offline channels, referrals, personal contacts and affiliations
•    Profile the prospective leads, categorize depending on the business model
•    Attend industry functions such as association events and conferences for networking (ie. DCOM
assembly) and provides feedback and information on market and industry trends
The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:
•    At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing environment
•    Power user of MS office (especially MS Excel) and web browser environments
•    A proven track record of strong client relationships
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately and completely, verbally or in writing

Hub Supervisor (Bacolod)

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be flexible and has the ability to multitask
  • Preferably with general administrative abilities and reasoning skills
  • Must be amenable on a  6 day work-week schedule and Holidays
Essential Job Functions:
  • To ensure efficient hub operations and supervise hub personnel for both first, middle and last mile
  • To coordinate with operations heads for issue and concerns resolution
  • To ensure above adequate levels of materials and suppliers needed for hub operations
  • To monitor attendance of hub personnel
  • To promote and instill discipline in the hubs

Business Development and Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to lead the efforts in strategic acquisition of accounts and partners specific to CheckMeOut & Xpost to ensure measurable impact on the growth and success of the company. Senior Developer

We are looking for a senior PHP Developer responsible for building and managing micro-services for use by web and mobile applications as well as other systems and services. You must have deep experience in object-oriented PHP programming and MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, Symfony or CodeIgniter. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with multiple databases, such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

The role involves understanding the business requirements from the product team, then defining and creating secure, standards-compliant, and high-performance API services, including the server-side and back-end storage components. You must have an understanding of agile development methodologies, version control and continuous integration.

QA Analyst

As part of the Development Team, the QA Analyst will help ensure the delivery of high quality products by providing expertise on software application testing using various testing disciplines such as UIS (Unit, Integration and System) testing, Performance testing, Load and Stress testing, and Regression testing. This role requires experience with multiple databases, such as PostgreSQL and MySQL. Familiarity with continuous integration servers such as Jenkins, Travis, and CircleCI. You must have an understanding of agile development and scrum process.

Senior UX Engineer

The Senior UX Engineer’s primary responsibility is to turn the customer’s interaction with QuadX products into a truly satisfying and valuable experience. The role involves translating business requirements into excellent user journeys that are designed to accomplish specific tasks that contribute to achieving business objectives. In the process, this creates the user experience, which then needs to be constantly evaluated and fine-tuned. This role works with the project management and software development teams in producing the functional front-end experience (e.g. HTML, CSS, design/experience management, etc.).

IT Operations Team Leader

The IT Operations Team Leader will build and establish ITIL Processes for the organization – with Incident Management, Event/Escalation Management and Service Request Management as a Priority. This role involves the ability to obtain and gather customer requirements, translate into an execution plan, and lead a team to deliver and execute the plans.
